Every line here is a real mobile number on a real operator, not a VoIP or relay range. That distinction decides more sign-ups than price does: platforms look a number up in the carrier databases before they send anything, and a line type that comes back as internet-provisioned is refused before an SMS is ever attempted. If Hermes answers that the number is already registered, the line has been through it before. Networks recycle their ranges and a recycled line can still carry somebody's abandoned account.
