The short version: an email address, a password hash, and a record of what you spent. No name, no document, no phone number of your own, no card.

1 What we collect #

Everything we hold about you is listed here. There is no second list.

  • Your email address — the only identifier the account has, and the only way to reset a password.
  • A hash of your password. The password itself is never stored and cannot be recovered from the hash.
  • Your balance and the ledger of movements on it: top-ups, purchases, refunds.
  • The orders you place: which service, which country, which number, and when.
  • Payment records: the amount, the coin, the deposit address issued to you and the transaction that settled it.
  • Messages received on your numbers, while the order is open.
  • Support messages you send us, kept with your account so a later question has its context.
  • Ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, kept short-term to keep the service running and to stop abuse.

2 What we never collect #

  • Your name. There is no field for it anywhere.
  • Any identity document, photograph or selfie. There is no KYC step on this site.
  • A phone number of your own.
  • Card or bank details. Payment is in cryptocurrency, handled by a payment processor — we never see a card.
  • Anything about what you do with the accounts you verify.

3 How long we keep it #

Messages received on a number are shown while the order is open and removed shortly after it closes. We keep no copy beyond that.

Order and payment records are kept while the account exists, because they are the record of what you paid for and the basis of any refund.

Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

When an account is closed, the account and its personal data are deleted. Anonymised transaction records may be retained where we are required to keep them.

4 Why we are allowed to hold it #

To provide the service you asked for — you cannot have a balance or read a code without an account. That is the performance of a contract.

To keep the service working and stop abuse: rate limits, anti-robot checks and short-lived logs. That is our legitimate interest in a service that stays usable.

To meet obligations that apply to us by law.

5 Who else sees it #

As little as possible, and never for money — we do not sell data and we do not run advertising.

  • Our payment orchestrator, which issues deposit addresses and confirms settlement. It sees the amount and the coin, not who you are.
  • The mobile networks and aggregators that supply the lines. They see the number, as they must, not your account.
  • Our hosting and network providers, which carry the traffic.
  • A public authority, where we are legally required to respond to a valid request.

6 Cookies #

The site sets one cookie for your session, so that you stay signed in, and one that remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme. Both are strictly necessary or set by your own action, and neither tracks you.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers on this site. That is why you are not asked to accept anything.

The anti-robot check on the sign-in page is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is designed not to profile visitors.

7 Your rights #

You can see most of what we hold from your account: your email address in Settings, your balance and every movement on the balance page, your thread in the live chat.

For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — ask through live chat. We answer in the same thread.

Deleting an account removes it. Ask in the live chat, and spend the balance first: it is not withdrawable.

8 How to reach us about privacy #

Through the live chat, which is the direct electronic contact route for this service. It is attached to your account, so a request is identified without you having to prove who you are by other means.

The other documents

The four are meant to be read together: the terms set the agreement, the others say what happens to your data, your money and your account.
