Refund policy
Most refunds here are not requests — they happen on their own. A number that receives nothing is never charged.

Contact us1 The automatic refund #
When you take a one-time number, its price is held against your balance. It is charged only when a code actually arrives.
If nothing arrives before the window closes, the hold is released in full and back on your balance without you asking, without a form, and without a delay. This is the normal case and it covers the large majority of failed attempts.
2 What is not refunded #
- A code that arrived. Once a message is delivered and shown to you, the service was provided — including when the destination service then refuses the sign-up for its own reasons.
- A rental term. A rental buys a number for 7 / 14 / 30 days whether or not anything is sent to it, in the same way that renting a room for a week is not refunded because you slept elsewhere.
- A number that a service declined to accept. We rent you a working line; we cannot promise a third party will accept it, and that is set out in the terms.
3 When we will look at it anyway #
Ask through live chat with the order reference, and we will look, in these cases:
- A code was charged but never shown to you.
- A rental number stopped receiving during its term for a reason on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- A deposit was credited for the wrong amount.
Where we agree, the amount goes back to your balance. That is the only form a refund takes.
4 Why refunds are to the balance and not to a coin #
Cryptocurrency payments are final and cannot be reversed by us — there is no chargeback and no way to unwind a settled transaction from our side.
A refund is therefore a credit to your balance, which you can spend on any number in the catalogue. The balance cannot be withdrawn or sent back to a wallet; that is stated before you top up, on the terms page and on the FAQ.
The practical consequence is worth planning around: top up roughly what you expect to spend rather than parking funds here.
5 Deposits that go wrong #
- Sent less than the amount shown: the payment waits, the screen tells you how much is missing, and topping up the difference to the same address completes it.
- Sent after the address expired: contact live chat with the transaction hash before doing anything else.
- Sent on the wrong chain: ask in the live chat with the transaction hash. Recovery is not always possible and is never guaranteed — this is why the deposit screen names the network next to the address.
6 How to ask #
Through the live chat. Bring the order reference for anything about a number, or the transaction hash for anything about a deposit — with either of those it is usually settled in one reply.
The other documents
The four are meant to be read together: the terms set the agreement, the others say what happens to your data, your money and your account.
